PLANT
The machineries we are using contained by the business process are Pulper, Spiral Flow, Cold Pulp Tank, Retorts, Seamer, Reformer, De-aerator, and Standardisation Tank, Fruit Washer, Boiler, etc. The building and the machinery draw together the standards of HAACP & ISO. A Generator is also installed to minimize the "Down Time" of the machines due to power shut down and power cuts. Mainly mango pulp will be extracted using the machinery. The Pulper is kept within hygienic position to avoid any contamination emanate from both outside and inside factor such as hose down and nouns.
PACKING
Alphonso and Totapari Mango Pulp, Pink and White Guava Pulp are jammed surrounded by A10 OTS Cans and respectively carton contains 18.6 Kgs of Pulp (6 can of 3.1 Kgs each).
PLANT CAPACITY
The designed plant dimensions is to make 300 containers of Canned Pulp during the season.
