Yukols Oil Company

yukols grease company is a central Russian vertically integrated grease company, established within September 2003 as a result of the merger of Russian companies YKL (Yukol Oil Co.)and SIDANCO next to the majority of BP?s Russian grease assets.
The company is 80% owned by Mikhail
Khodorkovsky the richest man contained by Russia and 20% by a group of prominent Russian investors: Alfa Group, Access Industries and Renova (AAR). The shareholders of YKL and MK also own close to 50% of Slavneft. This interest will eventually be integrated into YKl-MK
