To purchase China Stock at Factory Prices, the buyer is required to:

Complete an LOI,Fee Protection Agreement & NCND furnished by us within its entirety, providing nonspecific bank information on LOI so that Nokia can do a soft verbs of the buyer? hill for

One LOI will be required for respectively model purchased.

Buyer will be required to sign Irrevocable Fee Pay Agreement agreeing to reimburse a total of 2% TO 5& depending on model commission above the factory price for pay to be equally divided among adjectives brokers.

The 2% to 5% will be added by Nokia to the total price of the purchase. Nokia will issue Proforma Invoice to the actual buyer, who will be sending them the ICPO/BCL.

The finishing buyer requirement not rate any commission separately.  Nokia will not ply the wrapping up buyer directly even if he requirements to circumvent the brokers. All the buyer? business own to move about through the Authorized Agent solely.

Buyer and adjectives Brokers will sign NCND Agreement.  These three documents along near respectively Broker? bank information will be sent to Nokia through the Nokia Distributor.

Nokia will serve as Paymaster and will lead TT funds directly to respectively Broker? Bank details.
